Progress was slow. There were plenty of setbacks. But I made a deal with myself — if I just didn't quit, then eventually, the lifestyle and the body I dreamed of would be mine.
If you're doubting yourself today, know this: staying still won't get you anywhere.
Start small.
Build momentum.
