I walked into the gym for my mind, not my body. Life was doing its thing (you know, chaos), and I needed an outlet. At first, I was just showing up, putting in reps, trying to stay sane. Nothing serious. No crazy plans.
But then I started seeing changes, a bit more definition here, a bit of strength there. And that’s when I got hooked. Turns out, I love building muscle. The grind, the pump, the progress pics. I love all of it.
Now I’m in my tone era. Still training hard, but it’s more balanced. Less about chasing size, more about feeling good, staying sharp, and keeping things tight.
It started as therapy — now it’s a lifestyle. And honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.
